This Privacy Policy explains what data FoodTrack (Boris Blindovich PR, Jurija Gagarina 231/329, Beograd, Serbia, "we", "us") collects when you use our Telegram bot and related services (the "Service"), and how we use it.

1. What we collect

• Telegram identity — your Telegram user ID and username, used to identify your account.
• Meal data — photos and text descriptions you send, and the nutritional values calculated from them, stored so you can review your history.
• Subscription & transaction records — which plan you purchased, for how long, and the amount/currency charged.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are handled entirely by Telegram Payments and our connected payment provider.

2. How we use it

Photos and text descriptions of meals are sent to Google's Gemini API to calculate nutritional values; Google processes this data under its own terms and we do not control how long Google retains it on their end. We store the resulting meal records and your account/subscription data ourselves to provide the Service (showing your history, enforcing free-tier limits, granting paid access).

3. Sharing

We share data with: Google (Gemini API, for nutrition analysis) and Telegram Payments / our connected payment provider (for processing payments). We do not sell your data.

4. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting support@foodtrack.example.

5. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
