Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FoodTrack Telegram bot and any related services (the "Service"), operated by Boris Blindovich PR, Jurija Gagarina 231/329, Beograd, Serbia ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FoodTrack lets you log meals by sending a photo or text description to our Telegram bot. We use a third-party AI model (Google Gemini) to estimate nutritional values (calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates) from what you send. Estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not medical or dietary advice.

2. Accounts

Your account is tied to your Telegram identity. You are responsible for maintaining control of the Telegram account you use to access the Service.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Free use of the Service is limited to a number of requests per rolling 24-hour period. Paid plans ("Premium") remove this limit for a fixed period that you select and pay for up front (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Payment is a one-time charge for the selected period — Premium does not auto-renew and you will not be charged again unless you purchase another period yourself. Payments are processed by Telegram Payments and our connected payment provider; we do not store your card details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Disclaimer

Nutritional estimates are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
