Refund Policy

Premium subscriptions on FoodTrack are a one-time purchase for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) that you choose at checkout. There is no recurring billing or auto-renewal.
14-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing a Premium subscription, provided you have not used any of the paid features included with Premium (e.g. unlimited meal-tracking requests beyond the free daily limit) during that period. To request a refund, contact us at support@foodtrack.example with your Telegram username and the date of purchase.
After 14 days, or once you have used a Premium feature, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge), contact support@foodtrack.example with your Telegram username and the approximate date of the charge, and we will investigate.
Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
